With Zapier, connect CatchApp Bookings with Zendesk automatically - no code required!
There’s four pretty simple & straightforward, quick steps:
Step-1: Authenticate CatchApp Bookings and Zendesk
Copy your Zapier API Key from Settings -> Integrations -> CRM & Sales -> Zapier
Paste it to authenticate with Zapier
Step-2: Pick CatchApp Bookings as a trigger
Choose trigger as New Accepted Appointment in CatchApp Bookings
Choose which account you want to connect for CatchApp Bookings
Step-3: Pick a resulting action from the Zendesk and input custom parameters
Choose action as Create Zendesk Ticket
Step-4: Custom select the data you want to use between each app. If you're adding in message text like the example below, make sure you leave a space between each piece of data (e.g: "[1. data: Appointment] [2. data: Booking]" )
