How CatchApp Bookings + Google Sheets Integration works
There's four simple & straightforward steps:
Step-1: Authenticate CatchApp Bookings and Google Sheets
Copy your Zapier API Key from Settings -> Integrations -> CRM & Sales -> Zapier
Paste it to authenticate with Zapier
Step-2: Pick CatchApp Bookings as a trigger
Choose trigger as New Accepted Appointment in CatchApp Bookings
Choose which account you want to connect for CatchApp Bookings
Step-3: Pick a resulting action from the Google Sheets and input custom parameters
Choose action as Create Google Sheets row
Choose action as Create Google Spreadsheets
Step-4: Custom select the data you want to use between each app. If you're adding in message text like the example below, make sure you leave a space between each piece of data (e.g: "[1. invitee First Name: Appointment] [1. Invitee Last Name: Booking]" ).
