Here are some quick and easy steps to get you hosting video conferencing appointments through Microsoft Teams.
You must have a Microsoft account before you can connect MS Teams with CatchApp Bookings. To do that, go here. Next, navigate to the settings page of CatchApp Bookings, 'Integrations', and then 'Video conferencing'. When you're there, enter the email address associated with Microsoft Teams that you'd like to use, and click 'Connect'.
You'll be asked to enter your email address and password here, along with authorisation to connect the two apps. Once you've accepted, you'll be taken straight back to CatchApp Bookings where you can set up your new video conferencing appointments.
